Ingredients: 

  • 10–15 medium-sized strawberries 
  • 1 banana 
  • 350 ml milk 
  • 250 g Greek yogurt. 

Preparation: 

  1. Cut strawberries and banana into large pieces, lay them in a single layer on a tray or plate, and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a blender, pour in the milk, add yogurt, strawberries, and banana, then blend until smooth.

Mango-Yogurt Delight: 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 mango 
  • 120 g natural yogurt 
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • Ice cubes. 

Preparation: 

  1. Blend mango flesh with yogurt and honey.
  2. Add ice and blend again.

Strawberry-Banana Smoothie with Chia Seeds and Peanut Butter: 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 banana 
  • 6–8 medium-sized strawberries 
  • 250 ml coconut or other plant-based milk 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter 

Preparation:

  2. Pour milk into the blender, add banana, strawberries, chia seeds, and peanut butter, then blend.

Apple-Cucumber-Avocado Smoothie with Mint: 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 large cucumber 
  • 1 green apple 
  • ½ avocado 
  • Several sprigs of mint 
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Ice cubes.

Preparation: 

  1. Cut peeled cucumber, apple, and avocado into medium-sized pieces. Place them in the blender, add mint, honey, and blend.
  2. Add ice and blend again.

Grapes-Banana-Broccoli Smoothie: 

Ingredients: 

  • 180 ml almond or other plant-based milk 
  • 150 g green grapes 
  • 1 banana 
  • 100 g broccoli florets 

Preparation:
